The EXP RMA Management System is based on IBM Lotus Notes Server technology, It can work as a standalone application or integrate with other applications to fit your needs.

How It Works?

Dedicated Domino server running this application at customer site , can be a cloded system, however, if allow customers can submit and trace , a high speed internet connection is required
Dedicated Domino server runnig this application at our T3-backbone data center - we will maintain the server
Running this application at on our Domino sharing server which is at T3-backbone Data Center, customer's RMA database is secured can only be accessed by assigned users . Customers only need to pay monthly hosting fee, no need to maintain a Domino server. This is the most ecomical way.
